Refund policy
All products sold in this online store are services or digital downloads. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on services. It is your responsibility to send me the items needed in order to complete your service. Please refer to the description of each product to see what is needed on your end in order for me to complete your service.
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds, returns, or exchanges offered on digital products. You will receive all digital product purchases within 48 hours of placing your order. Delivery of this product will appear in the email you left on file. Please ensure you have left the correct email before checking out. If you purchase on a weekend or holiday, please do not expect to receive your email with your digital download until the next business day.
All services have a 21-business-day turnaround time unless otherwise noted.
You have ONE CALENDAR YEAR to send me everything I need to complete your services (365 Days). If a whole calendar year has passed and you have not sent me the items I need to finish your service, your order will be canceled without a refund. There are no exceptions to this rule.
VACATION HOURS POLICY: I am ONE person. I run this business 100% by myself. I also (like anyone) enjoy taking a few vacations every year. I am unable to complete services during my vacation hours. All turnaround times WILL be paused when I announce a vacation period. You will be notified via Facebook Messenger or email if a vacation period is coming up. Please do not expect any work to be done during the vacation period. Your turnaround time will be extended until after my vacation period if you purchase an item during this period or if you have an incomplete service.
Please read over this additional information:
1.) My Turnaround Time (TAT) for all orders placed after August 1st, 2025, is 21 business days. Weekends and holidays do not count as business days.
2.) My business hours are Monday through Friday (and the hours change). Back in July, I got a part-time job, so I still DO NOT work weekends, but my business hours on weekdays are more random. Because of this, please allow all messages 24 business hours for me to get back to you.
3.) The fastest way to reach me is via Facebook Messenger, but email works well too! My contact is dreamcraftcentral@gmail.com
4.) All digital downloads purchased on my site have a 48 business hour turnaround time. My digitals do not send automatically (meaning I have to manually email them to you). Because of this, the TAT on digital purchases is 48 business hours. If you purchase a digital download on a weekend, expect the email the following Monday.
5.) All orders either placed via my website or invoice have a 365-day policy. Meaning, you have up to 365 days to send me everything I need to complete your service. If after 365 days have gone by and you have not sent me what I need to complete your services, your order will be canceled without a refund.
6.) I do not offer "credits" or "I owe you". Meaning, you must send EVERYTHING I need to complete your order. Not partial information to do part of the order, etc. Nor do I allow you to apply money you spent on an order towards something else. Please only make a purchase if you are sure you want the service you are paying for. For example, you can not purchase Pinterest listings and then ask me to do Shopify listings instead, etc...
7.) I do not allow customers to "gift" or sell my services to a friend, family member, or anyone else. YOU must be the person who checks out on my website. If you have someone else purchase on my website, I cannot guarantee that you've seen my policies or read my rules. If you have someone else purchase on my website, it is your responsibility to know my policies. I do not make exceptions to this rule.
